1080p update on HTC Evo 3D? Anyone? Shows on Camera Menu in Newts! :)

Quick video update to my last video on “weather bug” on home screen with the Newts HTC One S Rom with Android 4.0.3 w/Sense 4.0. Has anyone seen a custom kernel, app, or rom to enable 1080p recording yet on the HTC Evo 3D? It’s literally been 1 year since the launch of the Evo 3D and the phone has all the hardware to do it… but no update in 1 year? I have a feeling large smartphone manufacturers are getting side tracked with technology now a days… could be all the “social media” hype? mmm… Another question… The HTC Evo 3D has 4GB of internal memory ( 1GB of ram and 3GB of EMMC memory for storage… is there any way to “swap” or “allocate” any of that 3G as virtual memory to add to the 1GB? Also, Why the hell didn’t they upgrade the ram in the NEW HTC One S to 4GB of operating ram? Why aren’t any of the new HTC phones operating with more than 1GB of ram? Weird… Guess we’ll see that tech down the road but not exactly sure why we don’t now! Who would argue that? mmm…
