after its connected how do i connect to the internet because after i did it it does this local connection thing and then it connects to the network but not the internet somethin bout (DSN)

Do you have to install the HTC driver or can you just install the HTC Sync software?
the sound is so low I can barely understand some of it. Low eck recording and not much use without being able to hear it better.
