New HTC Evo 3D 2.17.651.5 Update
ONCE YOU INSTALL THIS, you will still have to update the radio! youtu.be [ROM] STOCK 2.17.651.5 Update.zip + Radio/Firmware bits forum.xda-developers.com The steps are pretty much a no brainer (if you’ve flashed ANYTHING)! Boot Into Recovery, BACKUP your old rom, Factory Reset, Install Zip from SD Card, choose the zip, and install. Then reboot and enjoy an updated rom from SPRINT that does NOT have Carrier IQ! (Looks like TELL HTC is still there) YES this is rooted! If you liked this video, PLEASE give it a Thumbs Up! Can’t wait till you make those flash to stock videos, im stuck with 1.5 and it’s sucks when you have to take extra steps to flash a rom or kernel.

@XFormTV not the screen, just the outside. i drive a stick, and I keep my phone in my lap. when I get out of my truck, i forget it’s in my lap… it’s ok, it’s so messed up that it’s gotten to the point where I don’t really care to much. cause I have insurance on it. I just don’t want hboot 1.5! lol

@mnomaanw ha. My job is to make videos. I do have a day job, but not for to much longer. I don’t have that much money. I can’t buy every new thing that comes out like @Flossycarter does! I wish though… It’s about to be tax time and I’m gonna use that to get a very fast computer to edit with.

@mnomaanw if you flash OFFICIAL zips (like checked for updates and then hit yes) it installs EVERYTHING, even stuff you don’t want. that’s why I go to sites like XDA so that I can download CLEANED versions of updates that don’t contain the bad stuff, like updated hboots that lock the phone down. you will NOT lose your phone number, no matter what you flash or how you wipe your phone. i’ve never even touched or known where all that is stored. I believe it would be a highly protected area, from us

@mnomaanw you can download an older RUU that’s Android 2.3.3 IF YOU STILL have hboot 1.4. If you have hboot 1.5, I BELIEVE you can download the 2.08 RUU and flash that. That will return you compleltey stock. There are also some PG86IMG’s that flash you stock. I will make a video on how to flash stock and I plan on buying a 1.5 hboot evo3d and doing videos on that. I’m very close to being able to edit my videos again and have much better lighting. Please stay tuned! i hope I helped

3.Will ICS also be this type of update? Radios and all…..or if i did not take current update , can i flash Official ICS ROM with the old radio and etc like i do currently for gingerbread roms…
4.Is there chances of loosing my reliance phone number?
5.If everything went OK, will reliance flash work with updated radios etc

im currently on the revolutionary rom, would you recommend this?
