With this multi-touch support on the HTC Dream (G1) is complete (Browser, gallery, maps) Link: forum.xda-developers.com The patch is the form of a zip file you would flash in recovery. You can also push the files to your phone via adb. Multi-touch Google Maps has been ported so that it can be run on any phone with Cyanogenmod 4.2.xx, or any other ROM with the Eclair multi-touch framework ported over such as Super-D or Dwangs.
