HTC Droid Incredible Seidio Innocell 3500 mAh Extended Battery Unboxing
** I exchanged this battery a month or two after I got it because it did seem to not keep my battery up near 100% as long as it used to. The battery I’m currently using seems to be holding up nicely. –This is a video of the unboxing of my new Seidio Innocell 3500 mAh extended battery for the HTC Incredible. Its over my initial thoughts of the battery and boot up of the phone with the new battery in. iPhone 4 vs HTC Droid Incredible HD 720p Shoot-out video camcorder
HTC Droid Incredible now shoots 720p video. I compare it to the iPhone 4. HTC shoots in 3GP/MP4 format with 9khz AMR audio codec vs iPhone 30fps/ h.264 and 44.1k AAC Audio. HTC is set to the highest possible settings whereas the iPhone is fully automatic. The iPhone has the clear advantage (higher 1.75 um pixel density sensor) and a superior h.264 codec. How will it fair against the Taiwanese 8 megapixel Verizon phone? I record side-by-side; mostly in low-light and varying scenarios to identify the exposure metering. The winner of this video is very obvious. HTC suffers from using a poor video/audio codec, drop frame-rates, and has a very poor metering/exposure. The Incredible seems to have all the same flaws as the Sprint EVO 4G.
HTC Droid Incredible Vibration Fix
Lots of people have had problems with Droid phones where the vibration function simply stops working on incoming texts. This is NOT a hardware issue, as the phone will still vibrate for anything else. The app I have installed is called “Sound Manager,” and is the only app that allowed my phone to start vibrating again.
