Everybody i know, their phones freeze nonstop. Now when i try going into my messages. All it says is initializing. Its brand new.
Straight talk is great! Now if you rarely use a cell phone, you might better of with a Net talk. Its the same company but your minutes last for up to 90 days. Now most people only have a cell phone and need the minutes. I have had ST for year now and have had no problems with it.
Does any body here know if ST reduces their data speeds compared to AT&T?

ST is great if u want good coverage get the ST phones that are labeled CDMA they work off Verizon towers which seems to cover rural areas like where I live. It’s the only network that works in BFE where I live. I do hope that ST will come out with an android phone that works of Verizon network, still looking for talks on that subject. The new Android from ST is thru Sprint network, won’t work for me in my neck of the woods…Good luck!
I have a question. Straight Talk never counts down my internet usage or text message usage. I get the $30 card, and at the end of the month, I still have the 30MB of data and 1000 texts, never keeps track. My question is, how are they gonna know if I run out of minutes? It’s the last day of my service this month, and I am still able to make calls on it. A couple months ago, I was still able to make calls on the last day. Maybe I never have to refill?

The nokia e71 is now a straight talk phone. You dont have to “unlock” anything. These practices are largely illegal most of the time. I would advise against it.
My brother has the e71. but i was wondering if i could use the nokia e7 with straight talk if it is unlocked. or a windows phone such as a htc hd7 that is unlocked? i have been told i can but what wouldi have to do in order to be able to use it?

Pretty cool that the network is national and im thinking about making the move to straight talk, specifically the unlimited plan for $45 but im concerned about giving up my blackberry. Does anyone have the Samsung R355c? It looks like is has all the features that my bb has but still, its not a BB! Obv no BBM but im more concerned about the keyboard.
