Rooted SE Xperia X10 update to custom Android Gingerbread 2.3.3 WB (wolfbreak) ROM 4.0.4
HOW TO by Eddie11 from E11World.com TITANIUM BACKUP = Backed up ALL user apps, then All system data THESE STEPS ARE IN THIS VIDEO (9:05 – 11:25) Reboot into xRecovery and make a back-up of your current ROM. (You’ll need a working xRecovery or else it will say Device/SD Card busy). Wipe the following in xRecovery: Factory Reset (Full wipe) Wipe Cache Partition Wipe Dalvik Cache (may need to wipe battery stats) Go to install Custom Zip and choose Wolf_GB_2.3_TW_V4.zip Now Take out the battery Plug in the cable (without battery) Go to FlashTool and flash/use Wolf’s ONLY Kernel FTF After you select the kernel baseband, hit Flash, Hold the Back button and insert the battery, Turn on the device (you’ll see the FlashTool start to work, let go of the back button) THE 4.0.4 s/c update Reboot again into recovery and install the v4.0.4 zip (stock or custom) page=935 has the change log and download links to both I also installed the xloud&bravia_4.0.4s.zip (by chuchito1987 at page=932) And Battery circle mod WB_2.3_v3.6_GreyCircle.zip Arabic text support works when you install the font&language addon from the extra downloads page Original thread on XDA forum.xda-developers.com Xperia X10: Flashing Wolf’s Tweaked v2.3 Gingerbread Firmware www.youtube.com Official 2.3.3 for X10 – New Apps and Effect www.youtube.com
